How we handle your information

GetShippingRates is a service of Armstrong Transport Group, 1120 S Tryon St #500, Charlotte, NC 28203. This page explains what happens to the information you send through getshippingrates.com.

What you send us

When you request a quote or a demo, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email, phone, shipment details and how many shipments you send. They are emailed to Armstrong Transport Group’s sales team so a person can answer you. We use them only to respond to your request and, if you become a customer, to set up and run your account. We don’t sell them.

Where you came from

To learn which pages and campaigns bring shippers to us, the site remembers the first page you visited and any campaign tags in that link (for example utm_source), and sends them with your request.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you.
